Housing and Transportation
Housing and transportation is provided to all agents that are contracted with MMM Marketing LLC. In most cases housing is shared rooms in an agent house. This is similar to dorm style. Rent is 85$ a week and is taken directly out of commission. We sometimes will have whole houses/apartments available in which case an agent would have the ability to rent the property individually. Transportation to and from places of work will be provided to all agents taking advantage of housing. If you are not housed you still may be able to take advantage of company transportation to and from job sites but not the office. Please get with your manager to arrange individual transportation to the office, they may be able to assist you!
Savings and Investments
Besides your retirement plan you will have 2 more ways here to MMM to save and make money. From you weekly pay you will be able to request extra money to be sent to your reserve account to work as a savings for you. your reserve can be withdrew from as soon as it reaches the amount of your average pay check and in the event you change positions the full amount will be available 30 days after end date. Ask you manager for more details as well as details on investment projects that pop up
Paid Time Off
Another benefit that you can not currently find with any competitor is paid time off! For every 6 months as a contractor here we will give you half a weeks average pay to use on vacation. You can also pair this up with any extra reserve you’ve accumulated.
Child Care
For those of you that take advantage of agent housing, and have kids, you will also have the opportunity to access child care
Sunday Funday
Every other Sunday all the available offices get together for a company paid for event. These events include but are not limited to weekend trips, kayaking, paintball, amusement parks, water parks, bowling and more.
